Spirited, lively, and a bit bohemian, Wildhawk is brought to life by its cast of notable industry veterans, including partners Ken Luciano and Jacques Bezuidenhout, and Head Bird, Karri Kiyuna, along with a team of veteran bartenders who embrace the art of hospitality as much as the art of making a fine cocktail. The menu features cheeky cocktails with personality, including a range of vermouth-inspired cocktails, plus beer, wine and bar snacks to accompany your libations.
The name Wildhawk was inspired by a European transplant hell-raiser with a firecracker persona named Lola Montez who was referred to often as a “Wildhawk.” Her namesake lives on in a neighborhood bar on the corner of 19th and Lexington in San Francisco’s mission district.
Wildhawk’s menu lends a nod to classic cocktails while utilizing modern techniques and approaches. A special focus is placed on the vermouth program with our favorite vermouth house cocktails stealing the show, like the Hip Hops, the Breakfast Negroni and the Kind of Fancy. Each month we celebrate our friends in the industry and invite them to share their preferred Martini in our My Martini section (check it out in the cocktail menu below). Wildhawk also offers a selection of wines by the bottle or glass and a simple beer selection.
